Of my semester, and ready to combust. I love and hate this time of year. Love, because of the smells, sensations, the cold, etc. But I hate that holidays and finals take life from zero to eighty in point two seconds. Argh. But, that's life. Keeping true to my nature of swinging pendulum-like between digital and traditional, I'm still glued to canvas. Lately all my digital stuff isn't something I'd post anyway (whether it be explicit content or crap rendering) so we plow merrily onward. Hope to give you guys something worthwhile soon. I better, cause my ass gets bent out of shape when I don't have time to draw. Messes with my head.

I'm getting all these little bastard wisdom teeth yanked in three hours. So, one of them is infected and impacted, and it's poisoning my body, so I may drop off the map for a little bit. Can I tell you how excited I am to spend fall break drinking meal replacement shakes and watching Sofia Coppola movies while doped out of my mind? Only have excited. Maybe this can be a chance to finish my Vanitas... I dunno, I've never been on pain killers, so it's hard to anticipate my level of functionality.

I sold a print! Don't know who bought it, but it caught me so off guard. Sure I submit prints every now and then when I think "Meh, why not." but it's really cool when someone really goes for it. In the same vein, I'm working on a piece for the Liquitex scholarship competition this year, my professors are encouraging me to compete and I'm really excited about it. Hence not having finished my version of Vanitas yet. What can ya do. Oh, and I started a twitter. Lol, all the hip kids were doing it and I guess I like to share the stupid shit that happens in my day to day, so follow if you like! I'm  ink_munkey  on twitter, so give me a whirl. hah
